We can arrange an appointment with one of our vets for euthanasia either at our clinic, or at your own home. Our nurses and vets are sensitive to the individual requirements of each owner and pet.

There are several options after your loved pet is deceased. Whether your pet passes away at home, or is euthanased in clinic, you can choose to take him/her home to bury, leave them with us to take care of, or choose to have your pet cremated. Ashes can be returned in a cardboard box to scatter in their favourite sunny place, or in a sturdy wooden urn (engraving is optional). We use two cremation services in Christchurch, ‘Fond Farewells’, and ‘Loving Tributes’. Please don’t hesitate to phone or email us if you would like some more details.
